heyy all! Welcome to my new blog. I suppose I'll spare the lecture.. Well, enjoy!

Camp day 1

Ahh.. finally its camp day. Lots of last minute preparation I guess.. Anyways, reported to school with all our junk then we met up with our beloved trainers (:
2e4 was split into two groups. Dwarves and Pixies.. The TALLEST trainer's name was Wati... She was in charge of the dwarves. Not forgetting the pixies whowere under trainer Angeline!
Ice breakers.. yadda yadda.. Get to camp.. yadda yadda.. First activity! Challenge ropes course.. Our longest activity lecture was here. Learn how to wear harness etc. Especially since most of the activities involve testing our fear of heights. YAWN. On to the interesting stuff.. Yea the activity was fun.. We all try our best.. After that we had a short water break. After that we headed to the general station. (another activity) pixies did the wall first while dwarves did the swing thing.. Our teamwork and cooperation was first put to the test here. We apply each of our different strengths to complete the assigned task Mark and I lifted them up one by one while Ferdi and Asri waited at the top to pull them over. THEN we switched and pixies did the swing.. We had to swing each team member one by one across a river infested with imaginary crocs. And naturally only angeline had the magic shoes to allow her access straight into the heart of the 'river'. when we completed the activity, there was still spare time. All the pixies were huddled onto a small concrete slab across the 'river'. Then CHERYL persuaded ANGELINE to swing across.. HA. Cheryl the first to run sia.. see? Good or what? Then after that, pixies and dwarves united to prepare for campfire as a class! And oh yea in case youre wondering, the camp theme was Halloween.. That's why our teams were named pixie dwarf etc..
Our campfire items were SURANGENI. The Indian song Mr nassim taught us on ACES day (: then we sang 'That Thing You Do' then we did a class cheer. After that it was dinner time.. Everyone was tired. Then after dinner was our NIGHT TRAIL after about an hour of intensive cheering! AN is the name of the camp commandant. She organised us before the trail... ((with the aid of threats to take away bath time and such)
Night walk was fun! I was last man #129. Anyway at the end of the trail we reached a beautiful field where we waited in the dark and did personal reflections.. Beautiful it was.. Then we went back for supper then shower and lights off. BOY'S dorm. Guess who was the IC? *twiddles fingers* but who cares? The dorm had two levels. shared by E4 males and half of the A1's. A1's were downstairs. Then some E4 guys had to get pushed downstairs due to lack of space. Especially since downstairs was more spacious.

DAY 2

Slept a bit late that night. Was writing journal entry.. got up at four cause LUQMAN and KHAIRUL had to go eat. They woke me up! oh wells.. went to brush teeth then came back to snooze. Apparently halfway through the night, JARYL and one or two other guys applied a plethora of toothpaste on luqman's face! He was like, 'what sial cold seh.. *rubs face* what the hell?' walao! funny seh. But i had also the misfortune of sleeping next to him. That klootzak took my SLEEPING BAG and rubbed his FACE in it! GAH. anyways, on to breakfast time. something to add about day 2 meals, those were the best meals a camp has ever given. haha.. but anyway, after that was area cleaning. my class did dorm 4A and 4B if i can remember.. then activities! ZIPLINE AND ABSEILING! YAHOO! First off was me on the zipline. Damn fun man. Ate the yellow flower first. Was intended to take away your fears ... Anyway I think abseiling was a bit more scary especially since the instructor there very eaisily irritated.. i think Michelle and Alexis' got a small blast of that. Poor guys.. anyways, everyone had fun! all enjoyed i supose.. its scary but everyone gets support from the class (:
After that was team building activity. Mainly we concentrated on preparing our campfire items for later that evening.. We improved on our items decided the day before i suppose. Choreography and all. then ANGELINE, WATI and ARISA taught us a new song called THE WINDOW! YAYY!! 'THE WINDOW, THE WINDOW, THE SECOND STOREY WINDOW, WITH A HIP AND A HOP AND A MIGHTY THROW, THROW THEM OUT THE WINDOW! ahh.. Then Jaryl invented a REmix which went, WATI, WATI, ANGELINE ARISA, THEY TALK SO MUCH AND MAKE SO MUCH NOISE, THROW THEM OUT THE WINDOW! yayy... 2e4 united! After that was lunch. Another wonderful meal. after that was rock climbing! i love that rock wall.. Pity was only a few grid squares from the top. Mark and Zhangyi managed to complete it though. well done!
we were supposed to go for Problem solving after rock climbing but i guess we completely PON the whole activity. We headed for the 2e4 girls dorm and we just slack and chill out there until 5.45pm
Some fell asleep (mainly our student leaders) and the rest of us just share jokes, racist, sexist.. Anything you could think of. I think even our trainers love them. Laugh like hell man.. Then we almost managed to rape a few people.. Haas.. so fun.. Then the girls were all sitting on the other side of the dorm watching and laughing along :D

then we all reported to the assembly area which is the fire access area to collect our campfire shirt. Then we went for showers and dinner.

THEN it was finally campfire time! whoo! we got buckets and sticks just for the hell of making noise.. Stomp! haha. then it drizzled and everyone continued the events in the canteen.. all grumbling at first.. we still managed to have a blast though! 2e4's idol luqman afiq came in third for the campfire idol competition! earning us 10 bonus points! well done! We also managed to shake, rattle and roll the house with our wonderful cheers! Yahoo! the instructors also put up great performances along with the student leaders!
Then it was time to tone down and quietly have supper before going to bed. My stomach was hurting already.. too much laughter i suppose.

Back at the dorm, Nicholas came upstairs! it was time, for operation RN. (rape Nicholas) EDMUND sneaked downstairs and stole one of his bags and brought it up. This lured Nicholas upstairs. DEATHTRAP. we lock him down like a pack of hungry wolves. i forgot if they gagged him or not.. dont think so anyway.. God.. Stripped off his pants.. Etc.. then we played truth or dare afterwards. so fun.. was like quality time together. After that, they guys carried on playing cards and i went to sleep.

DAY 3

Everyone was sleepy the next morning.. got up at 7 to brush teeth and report.. it was cold.. anyway, the trainers organised a photo session for us at the beautiful open field again ((: yayy.. then it was breakfast, clean up and back to school..

A special surprise greeted Mr Richard Chew, Princial, Peirce secondary, later that day after the sec 2's returned from camp. The school had arranged a special assembly for him as he would be leaving us next next year. Thanks to Mr Chew, Peirce wouldn't be what it is today, an active learning institute. Its also thanks to Mr Chew that i was accepted into Peirce secondary (: thanks for nurturing us Mr chew!
